We measure the site, note grade and slope, and check access before anything gets priced.
You get a written materials list and itemized pricing before work starts, not a verbal ballpark.
We flag what needs a permit and when an inspection is required, sorted before the build begins.
Work runs on the scheduled days, and the site is left cleaned up when we're finished.
Every structure has its own permit rule: deck size and height, a roof added over a structure, fence height, shed footprint. Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, and Niagara-on-the-Lake each run their own building department, so we tell you what applies to your project. Knowing the rule is our job; confirming it with your municipality is yours.
